The Story of 野の花醸造所

Nonohana Brewery was the first to obtain a licence under eastern Nara City's doburoku special zone, in 2019. Attached to a farmhouse inn, it brews Doburoku Nonohana from home-grown Koshihikari rice with an ornithine-rich yeast. Sold on site and at local markets.
