石見銀山 特別純米
A hundred and twenty years of brewing beside the World Heritage silver mine of Iwami Ginzan, drawing water from the foot of Mt. Sanbe.
In Oda, home to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Iwami Ginzan silver mine, Ichinomiya Shuzo has been brewing sake for around 120 years. The kura favors locally grown rice and other ingredients, drawing its brewing water from a spring at the foot of Mt. Sanbe. Alongside its traditional lineup, the brewery has branched into sparkling seishu and a rose-petal liqueur, setting new styles beside its established sake.
