The Story of 隠岐酒造

Oki Shuzo was formed in 1972 through the merger of five breweries on the Oki Islands, Shimane. The resulting brand name, Oki Homare, was chosen through a public naming contest. The brewery uses water from two springs recognized among Japan's 100 Famous Waters, and its sake has won numerous honors, including gold medals at the National New Sake Awards and a platinum award at KURAMASTER.
