Takaisami — the Oishinbo-famed kura of Goriki rice, IWC gold in hand.
Otani Shuzo, founded in 1872 in Kotoura, Tottori, brews Takaisami — named for the soaring hawk — a kura celebrated in the manga Oishinbo. It works actively with Goriki, Tottori's native sake rice, and holds an IWC gold medal. The shop is open 9:00–16:00, closed Sundays and holidays.
