Founded in 1877 in Fuchu, Toyama, Yoshinotomo brews under the idea of preserving tradition while innovating for the future. Working closely and honestly with Toyama-grown rice and water from milling through to the finished sake, the kura aims for a clear, clean taste, treating its yeast gently so it can do its work undisturbed.
