Delicate ginjo from a rebuilt kura — with a VR tour for the curious.
Echigozakura Shuzo, founded in 1890 in Agano, brews under the ideal of bringing fine sake closer — closing the distance between maker and drinker. It rebuilt its kura entirely in 2008 and now offers a VR brewery tour alongside in-person visits (10:00–16:30, by reservation, up to 20), with kura-only bottles on sale. Delicate, fragrant ginjo is the house strength.
