The Story of 越つかの酒造

Koshitsukano Shuzo, founded in 1781 in Agano, joins 240 years of history to modern technique — most distinctively its own proprietary Tsukano yeast — while holding to hand brewing. Tours run on weekdays year-round, 9:00–16:00, for up to five people with a week's notice.
